and yet New Jersey will recognize out-of-state same-sex marriages

In an interesting counterpoint to Utah's State Supreme Court ruling, today New Jersey state's attorney general ruled that N.J. will honor out-of state same-sex marriages.

They won't be called 'marriages,' but rather 'civil unions' as N.J. has.
