My First Scrapbook

So, yesterday I took a "LifeBook" class. I've been wanting to do one for Emma for, well.. over 5 years. As part of the class, we did a small 'mini scrapbook'. I decided to do two. Emma is named after Guy's maternal grandmother (Emma) and my paternal grandmother (Mary), so I'm doing two 'mini scrapbooks' about each of their lives and going to put it into pouches of her larger lifebook so she can learn more about who she was named after.

It's a small 6x6 book with 10 pages.

One page will be about her parents and heritage (Native American mother, Irish father), another will be about her siblings (shown), another about her marriage, another of her children and then another few about her and me, stories about her, etc. It's a work in progress, but it's going pretty quick. I have about half the pages to finish and the text to put in.

After that, I'll do one for Guy's Grandmother (as soon as he gets me the photos and stories :).

It's fun!
